Citigen Care is designed for adults who are fairly independent but should not spend the day out alone. Every shift is matched to standing permissions and a current support profile.

Citigen Care employees and approved partner-company employees require identity, criminal and driving checks, approved vehicle, insurance, CPR/first aid, and client-specific protocol training.

Walking support, bathroom standby, doors, reminders, and light bags—never lifting, intimate care, or medication.

Citigen Care supports participation and companionship. It does not replace home health, medical transportation, or clinical care.
No. Transportation supports the outing, but the service is one-to-one community participation. The helper stays with the person and completes a safe return handoff.
The first pilot serves adults 18+ who can ride in an ordinary vehicle and benefit from companionship, walking support, bathroom standby, reminders, or other light assistance.
No. Helpers never store, administer, or advise on medication. When needed, the person returns to their facility according to the standing support plan.
No. Citigen Care records a location snapshot only at required check-ins such as clock-in and clock-out. There is no continuous tracking.
