Pilot terms

Citigen Care is a coordination and service-delivery platform for one-to-one community participation. It is not a rideshare marketplace, emergency service, medical transportation provider, or substitute for clinical or intimate personal care.

Service boundaries

Helpers provide companionship, reminders, walking assistance, bathroom standby, and other approved light support. The pilot excludes medication handling, lifting, intimate care, wheelchair transport, and continuous location tracking.

Authorized use

Users must use their own invitation and enrolled device, protect account access, provide accurate records, and act only for organizations and clients they are authorized to serve. Emergency calls must never be delayed to complete an app workflow.

Funding

Private-pay and Pennsylvania waiver records remain separate. Publicly funded service is not available until provider enrollment, participant authorization, billing rules, and vendor integration are complete.

These terms are a product-stage draft and do not replace executed facility, family, partner, employment, or program agreements.
