Delete your Citigen Care account

For security, sign in to the account you want deleted and open Account & profile → Delete account. The Helper mobile app provides the same control under Account → Security & account.

Submitting the request immediately disables account sessions. Some safety, service, billing, and audit records may need to be retained when required by law or contract.

If you cannot sign in, email info@citigencare.com from the account’s verified email address for identity-verification help.
