Privacy notice

Citigen Care uses account, scheduling, support, safety, vehicle, credential, expense, and service records to coordinate community outings. Access is limited by organization, role, facility relationship, and assigned client.

Location and mobile data

The helper app records location snapshots only for required service actions such as clock-in, departure, arrival, return, and clock-out. It does not continuously track helpers or clients. Offline service actions and note drafts are encrypted on the enrolled device.

Sharing

We share only the minimum information required with approved facilities, partner employers, guardians, coordinators, infrastructure providers, mapping services, and future billing vendors. Place searches contain coordinates and preferences, not a client identity or diagnosis.

Records and choices

Authorized users may request access, correction, or account termination through Citigen Care operations. Some service, incident, billing, and audit records must be preserved for safety, legal, or program requirements.
